Returns

Gear Wash, LLC (Gear Wash) makes every attempt to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact any of our Customer Service Representatives or your sales person. They will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 
All return requests must be made within 5 days of the receipt of your order. In order to maintain tight inventory control, Gear Wash WILL NOT accept random returns.


Mistakes and errors made by Gear Wash will be corrected by Gear Wash. We are not responsible for errors made by customers due to spelling, or data entry errors. We will work with customers to assure satisfaction.


ALL RETURNS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. 

REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE MERCHANDISE PURCHASED ONLY AFTER THE ITEMS ARE RECEIVED BY GEAR WASH IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND IN LIKE NEW CONDITION.  RETURN OF USED OR DAMAGED AND/OR FROZEN  ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. 

THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.  ANY RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES PROVIDED BY GEAR WASH WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE MERCHANDISE PURCHASED. 


Cancellations


Orders to Gear Wash will be subject to a 8% cancellation fee. Cancellation is defined as stopping the order before any process was done to the order. If production has begun or items were shipped by the manufacturer or by Gear Wash prior to a cancellation request you may be subject to a restocking fee. See "Returns" for additional information. Contact our Customer Service Department for any questions about canceling an order or to check on its status.


Pricing Information; Availability Disclaimer

Gear Wash reserves the right to make adjustments to pricing, Products and Service offerings for reasons including, but not limited to, changing market conditions, Product discontinuation, Product unavailability, manufacturer price changes, supplier price changes and errors in advertisements. All orders are subject to Product availability and the availability of Personnel to perform the Services. Therefore, Gear Wash cannot guarantee that it will be able to fulfill Customer’s orders. If Services are being performed on a time and materials basis, any estimates provided by Gear Wash are for planning purposes only.

Declined Sales and Orders
Gear Wash  reserves the right to decline or cancel  orders and sales due to system technical errors, data entry errors by the Customer or Gear Wash or due to suspected fraud based on Gear Wash's sole judgement.  Gear Wash may decline or cancel sales and orders if the customer does not agree to the Return Policy and Shipping Policy which may be updated from time to time.
